What is this file about

This file contains the version of each dependency and packages used in the flutter application.

Regenerating the pubspec.lock file lets you test your package against the latest compatible versions of its dependencies. For application packages, Saving pubspec.lock ensures that everyone working on the app uses the same versions.

Mostly we don't touch this file.
